More pictures from Manzanola Head Start's fall fest!
Manzanola CDS hosted a fall fest recently. Presenting at the event were Rachel and Melissa from Tri-County Family Care Center who presented on car seat safety. Children and families enjoyed activities, dinner and pumpkins!
One of the most remarkable aspects of Head Start is its ability to empower families to succeed in their communities. This support extends to all families, including those of staff members. Kate, who attended Head Start in La Junta as a preschooler, recently visited the Manzanola Head Start Center to assist her mother, longtime teacher Tina Leitner, with her bulletin board. This is a wonderful way for Kate to give back to the program that played a role in preparing her for success!
